Processing Times
- Orders are processed within 2–5 business days of payment confirmation.
- Limited drop items may have extended processing times — check product descriptions for details.
- Orders are not shipped on weekends or Canadian statutory holidays.
Delivery Estimates
- Canada: 3–7 business days after processing.
- United States: 7–14 business days after processing.
- International: 14–30 business days after processing.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping may be offered during promotions — details will be displayed at checkout.
International Shipping
- We ship internationally from Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada.
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at prairieclub.co@gmail.com within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and either reship your order or issue a refund.
Damaged Goods
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (where available). You can track your package through the carrier's website.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately — we will do our best to update the address before the order ships.
